To handle exchanges or refunds efficiently, Ink footwear requires a note detailing why you are sending the school uniform or other items back to us with either a copy or the original receipt that was sent to you.

A refund or shop credit will be available if  the items are returned within 30 days in its original condition i.e. in its original box/packaging with the labels still attached. We also require a note to explain the reason for the return. The customer will be responsible for paying postage and packaging for the returned item. When we issue a refund, we will only refund the Value of the item and not the postage unless of course the goods are deemed to be faulty.

Trutex Wakefield will exchange any school uniform item returned to us within 30 days if the item is in its original condition i.e. original box/packaging with the labels still attached.
